It is such a joy to be with you at FFTA 2025!

We know that the work you do is fulfilling, but it can be so hard. We see you and want to honor you and the story you bring to New Orleans. Throughout the conference, we will have different entertainment in our lounge that focuses on bringing your story out in unique ways. 

We are also launching the app for Together Facing the Challenge, our proven, evidence-based model for trauma-informed care uniquely designed to not only train agency staff but empower people like you to coach and connect with caregivers more effectively.

We will be doing demos all week, so come check it out.

Together Facing the Challenge – the App

Many of you are familiar with Together Facing the Challenge. We’ve heard about the impact of this content from agencies and caregivers alike. Now, we are making it available on any smartphone! 

The TFTC app is a practical, easy-to-use tool that makes documentation easier, enhances communication between coach and caregiver, and more. Though not a replacement for in-person training, content is also easily accessible through the app for easy reference and support. All of these features help minimize stress and prevent burnout for agency staff and caregivers alike.
